Ticket prices to live sporting events can border on the ridiculous, but one Tampa Bay Rays fan found an equally ridiculous way to watch Wednesday night’s game from the stands — via video chat.
An unidentified Rays fan was spotted at Tropicana Field with his headphones in and his laptop open, with the screen facing the field. Visible on the screen was an open video chat with a friend.

On the bright side, at least he didn’t have to watch the Rays fall to the Toronto Blue Jays 7-4 in person.
