Michael Phelps is in trouble with the law again.
The highly decorated Olympic swimmer was arrested in Baltimore, Md., on Tuesday morning and was charged with driving under the influence, according to TMZSports.com. Phelps also was charged with excessive speeding and crossing double lanes.
It’s the second time Phelps has been arrested on DUI charges.
According to the report, Phelps was pulled over for going 84 mph in a 45 zone. Phelps then failed a sobriety test, his blood alcohol content almost twice the legal limit.
Phelps’ first DUI arrest came in 2004. He was 19 at the time and was given 18 months probation after reaching a plea bargain.
