A lot of players from the Boston Red Sox and across the major leagues probably want something to remember Derek Jeter by, whether it be a signature or a photo.

On Sunday, recently acquired outfielder Rusney Castillo got his wish. During batting practice at Fenway Park before the final game of Jeter’s career, Castillo and his interpreter approached the Yankees captain to ask for a photo. Of course, Jeter stepped away from the plate to chat with Castillo and take the picture.

It was the first of several special moments for Jeter, as the Red Sox honored him with a pregame ceremony and a standing ovation from the Fenway crowd when he exited the game in the third inning. Now, this day will be a moment that Castillo never forgets.
