Actor Paul Rudd was looking for a wacky Wednesday.

Rudd, who moved to Kansas at age 10, is a huge Kansas City Royals fan. As you’d imagine, he was extremely excited after his favorite team defeated the Baltimore Orioles in Game 4 of the American League Championship Series to clinch its first World Series berth since 1985.

Rudd was so fired up, in fact, that a huge kegger was on the agenda. At his mom’s house.

KMBC-TV interviewed Rudd on the field at Kauffman Stadium shortly after the Royals completed their ALCS sweep of the Orioles. The 45-year-old actor was asked about his celebratory plans, at which point he went into actor mode.

Either that, or Rudd really did host a party at his mom’s house, which, yes, would have been pretty wacky.
