If you’re an unsatisfied fantasy football owner of Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker, don’t worry, David Spade feels your pain.
The actor and comedian, who happens to host “Fantasy Football Uncensored” on FOX Sports 1, expressed his utmost disappointment in the former New England Patriot when asked which player isn’t performing up to expectations in fantasy football this year.
“Wes Welker,” Spade told TMZ. “He’s had molly, he’s had about four concussions, in every huddle he thinks he’s at the ferris wheel at Coachella.”
Spade also revealed some of the other owners in his league, including FOX Sports’ NFL Insider Jay Glazer.
Spade’s criticism of Welker is warranted, as the wideout has just 19 receptions for 181 yards and one touchdown this season. To put it in perspective, he had 73 receptions for 778 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2013.
