Matt Light already is an imposing figure at 6-foot-4, 305 pounds, but Courtyard by Marriott made the former New England Patriots offensive tackle downright frightening for a Halloween prank.

The hotel chain used Light for a “Courtyard Camera” advertisement, in which they had him stand in the lobby of the Courtyard in Foxboro, Mass., and act as a mannequin. When guests came in and checked out the “mannequin,” Light came to life and scared the living daylights out of them.

Courtyard by Marriott pulled another “Courtyard Camera” stunt with Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles back in August, in which he wore a fake mustache and posed as a waiter. Foles’ prank wasn’t as successful, though, as most of the Eagles fans (unsurprisingly) recognized him immediately.
