It’s a bad day to be an Atlanta Falcon.
The Falcons saw what appeared to be an easy win slip away Sunday, blowing a 21-point halftime lead en route to a 22-21 loss to the Detroit Lions in London.
Atlanta has been stunningly bad this season — Sunday’s loss was its fifth in a row — and the lowlight of their latest defeat was this horrendous interception Matt Ryan threw in the final minute of the third quarter.
The Lions turned that pick into a Matt Prater field goal, and Prater struck again as time expired to complete Detroit’s improbable comeback.
