Milan Lucic Sets Up Prime Scoring Opportunity For Bruins Vs. Isles (Video)

The Boston Bruins were trailing the New York Islanders by two goals in the second period Thursday, but it wasn’t because they didn’t have any opportunities to score.

In fact, left winger Milan Lucic set the B’s up perfectly on one particular play.

Lucic was speeding his way up the ice when two Islanders came to put an end to that. However, Lucic spotted an opportunity to create a 2-on-1 for the Bruins and made a pass to David Krejci.

Islanders goaltender Chad Johnson made the save, but it was a heads-up play by Lucic, nonetheless.
