Milan Lucic Tallies Three Assists For Bruins In Win Over Sharks (Video)

The Boston Bruins have had a sluggish start to their 2014-15 season, but they broke out in a big way Tuesday night.

Left winger Milan Lucic certainly did, too.

Lucic tallied three assists in the Bruins’ 5-3 win over the San Jose Sharks at TD Garden and thought it was an all-around great effort by the Black and Gold.

“I think it was our best game of the season so far,” Lucic said. “Ever since that (3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Oct. 15), I think our competitiveness has gone up another level, and that’s why we’re starting to roll and have some success here.”

Lucic also offered some insight on how he played the game against the Sharks.

“My legs were going, I was able to get in on pucks, be heavy on the corner and be able to use my size and strength,” Lucic said. “That’s a part of my game that I need to keep up.”
