Chris White, Kona Schwenke, Malcolm Butler, Ben Bass, Ja'Gared DavisNFL players don’t have many chances to relax and unwind during the season, so every opportunity to do so is cherished.

That’s a big reason why Fridays are a big deal for players across the league. Teams get to work early on Friday mornings ahead of Sunday games, and that opens up the rest of the day for players to spend time with family and friends. “Fridays are critical for NFL players.  Mine were an essential ingredient in keeping sane in a crazy profession.”
