The Patriots lead all NFL teams in interceptions against the all-time great QB with 24 in the regular season, via a study by Deadspin. That number increases to 30 interceptions when including the playoffs.
Manning has played 18 regular-season games against the Patriots, throwing for 4,878 yards and 41 touchdowns with 24 interceptions and a 62.9 completion percentage for a 90.5 passer rating. Manning has a 6-12 record against New England in those games.

Cornerback Ty Law leads all players with nine total interceptions against Manning. Law will be honored with 16 other three-time Patriots Super Bowl champions at halftime of Sunday’s game at Gillette Stadium.
Manning is 5-10 in head-to-head meetings with Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Manning also is 10-12 against Bill Belichick-coached teams, including the 1998 and 1999 New York Jets, with whom the coach was an assistant.
