“We are on to (insert city name here)” has become a rallying cry for the New England Patriots ever since Bill Belichick’s infamous news conference after the team’s 41-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Tom Brady is using the meme (the Patriots quarterback undoubtedly has no idea what a “meme” is) as part of his celebratory Facebook posts over the past three weeks.
Brady’s wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, made her first appearance on her husband’s Facebook page Sunday after the Patriots beat the Chicago Bears 51-23 at Gillette Stadium.

The Patriots are 2-0 since Brady started the “on to” photos, so he might as well keep them up.
