New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady isn’t hiding his baseball allegiance this October.
Brady, a native of San Mateo, Calif., showed support for the San Francisco Giants before Game 1 of the World Series via his Facebook page, which has been a hotbed for unique — often hilarious — activity in recent weeks.
The Giants certainly made Brady proud Tuesday, defeating the Kansas City Royals 7-1 in the series opener behind another excellent performance from ace Madison Bumgarner. San Francisco now is three wins away from its third World Series title in five seasons.
Between the Giants’ World Series run, the Patriots’ recent success and Brady’s Halloween plans, it’s been an eventful month for the future Hall of Famer.
