Jon Lester isn’t done making the rounds on the free agent market.

The former Boston Red Sox ace is scheduled to meet with at least two more teams next week, WEEI’s Rob Bradford reported Friday, citing a source.

But that doesn’t mean the Red Sox are out of the hunt to land the southpaw. Bradford also reported that Boston showed a “willingness to negotiate” the offer it reportedly extended to Lester on Wednesday.

The Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals and Toronto Blue Jays reportedly also have interest in acquiring Lester.

Lester went 16-11 this season, posting a career-best 2.46 ERA with 220 strikeouts in 32 starts split between Boston and the Oakland Athletics.
