FOXBORO, Mass. — Just … wow.

That was most people’s reaction Sunday at Gillette Stadium after witnessing Rob Gronkowski’s latest display of ridiculous athleticism.

With the New England Patriots driving deep into Denver Broncos territory, the tight end fought through traffic to come up with what might be the catch of the NFL season — with his surgically repaired left arm, no less.

Gronkowski was ruled down before he crossed the goal line, but Tom Brady found the big man again on the next play for a touchdown that gave the Patriots a commanding 22-point lead.

It was the 50th touchdown catch of Gronkowski’s career, tying him with Ben Coates for first among tight ends in franchise history. It also tied Gronk with ex-Patriot Randy Moss as the second-fastest NFL player (59 games) to reach the 50-TD reception mark.
