10:15 pm: Lineup in pre-game skate:

Nicholas Goss Thu, Dec 4, 201410:12pm

10:10 pm: The Boston Bruins are halfway through a four-game Western Conference road trip that includes two losses and just two goals scored.

The Bruins are getting quality goaltending and the team’s defensive game, specifically the penalty kill, has been really good on this trip. The problem has been scoring goals, but luckily for the Bruins, they are playing an opponent that ranks 15th in goals against per game and has given up three or more goals in four of its last six games.

With that said, San Jose has won two straight games, including an impressive victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Nov. 29.

Tuukka Rask will start in net for the Bruins. He allowed three goals to the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night. He’s 11-7-1 with a .917 save percentage and a 2.35 goals against average.
