FOXBORO, Mass. — LeGarrette Blount didn’t make it back from his court appearance in Pittsburgh in time for New England Patriots practice.

The Patriots running back wasn’t present for Wednesday’s session, which was held on the New England Revolution’s practice field. Defensive tackle Dominique Easley also missed practice as he continues to rehab his knee, which has kept him limited for most of the season.

Linebacker Chris White (ankle) returned to practice after missing all of last week. Defensive end Chandler Jones and linebacker Dont’a Hightower, both of whom were inactive Sunday night in the Patriots’ 23-14 win over the San Diego Chargers, participated.

Offensive lineman Marcus Cannon, cornerbacks Justin Green and Logan Ryan, tight end Michael Hoomanawanui, defensive tackle Casey Walker and safety Tavon Wilson wore black jerseys as Patriots practice players of the week.
