The New England Patriots filled their 10-man practice squad Monday.

The Patriots signed former Cleveland Browns linebacker Eric Martin to their practice squad, the team announced. The Patriots freed a spot on their scout team Saturday when they signed wide receiver Josh Boyce to their active roster and cut defensive end Cam Henderson from the practice squad.

Martin played in 13 games for the Browns this season, starting one game before being waived last week. Martin originally signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Nebraska last season. He has 14 career tackles in 29 games.
