Referee Ronald Torbert and his crew worked Sunday’s game between the Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills, and did a heck of a job.
Either that, or two of his refs are big Broncos fans.
Those are the only explanations we can think of for the sequence that occurred after Broncos running back C.J. Anderson scored a touchdown.
Yup. That’s the line judge giving his fellow zebra a fist bump.
Anderson just barely got into the end zone, so maybe the other ref was showing his pal some love for making the correct call. Or maybe the second ref has Anderson on his fantasy team. Who knows?
If it’s the latter, the ref certainly came away happy, as Anderson racked up three touchdowns in Denver’s 24-17 home win.
