To say the Boston Bruins needed Zdeno Chara and David Krejci back is an understatement.

Without their best defenseman and their first-line center, the rest of the Bruins had to take on bigger roles than accustomed. But now that the two are back from their respective injuries, things are starting to fall back into place.

“Dennis Seidenberg … he played the least amount of time in the last 10 games, and that’s a good thing,” Andy Brickley said Friday before the Bruins’ game against the Winnipeg Jets. “Less is required of him with Chara back in the lineup and playing well … Everybody’s slotted where they’re supposed to be. That’s the impact of a guy like Chara.”
