It’s no secret that America loves it some football, but the NFL’s final installment of “Thursday Night Football” might seriously put that love to the test.
Thursday night’s game features an AFC South matchup between the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars, two squads who at 2-12 are tied with the Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the league’s worst record. To give you a sense of how bad this matchup is, the Jaguars are favored at home for the first time in 42 games.
Previewing a game like this isn’t exactly a sportswriter’s dream. Fortunately for us, the folks at the Washington Post weren’t exactly shy about expressing this fact in what might be the greatest game preview ever.
