‘Madden’ Super Bowl Prediction: Patriots Win On Tom Brady-Led Comeback

The New England Patriots are about to win an epic Super Bowl. That’s according to the fine folks at EA Sports, who checked in with their annual Super Bowl simulation using the “Madden” video game.

If the simulation is to be believed, Tom Brady will have a game for the ages in a 28-24 victory. The Patriots quarterback will turn in an MVP-caliber effort, pulling off another heart-stopping fourth-quarter comeback, this one set up by a Darrelle Revis interception. Presumably in the game’s final moments, Brady and Julian Edelman hook up for the game-winning touchdown.

The best part about the simulation? Not one mention of air pressure.

However, maybe Patriots fans should be a little concerned. Last year’s “Madden” simulation had the Denver Broncos defeating the Seahawks the Super Bowl in overtime. In real life, that simulation was just a little bit off — Seattle blew out Denver 43-8.
