No one in the NFL attracts more attention for doing less than Marshawn Lynch.
The Seattle Seahawks running back goes from Beast Mode to Mum Mode real fast when it comes to the media, and that didn’t change Wednesday with reporters surrounding him in Phoenix. Lynch again refused to answer questions, choosing to utter the same five words over and over — and over again:
“You know why I’m here.”
It was a nice change from Super Bowl Media Day, where Lynch’s only answer to questions was some form of “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” Funny enough, Lynch reportedly could face a fine for wearing a “Beast Mode” hat during his short appearance Tuesday.
So, of course he wore the same hat Wednesday. Beast Mode isn’t changing anytime soon.
