Ndamukong Suh might have seen his Detroit Lions career come to an end Sunday, and it had him a little choked up.

The Lions defensive tackle and his team were eliminated from the playoffs in a controversial wild card game against the Dallas Cowboys. Suh, who’s going to be a free agent this offseason, had trouble keeping it together during his postgame news conference.

Midway through his question-and-answer session, Suh broke down in tears.

Suh’s quick return to the podium led to this unintentionally hilarious bit from the Lions’ media relations group’s quote sheet.

The Lions are just 38-42 since Suh was drafted in 2010, and that doesn’t include two one-and-outs in the playoffs, so it makes sense that he’d be a little bit upset after Detroit’s crushing loss.
