Boston Bruins center Patrice Bergeron made his NHL All-Star Game debut Sunday at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, and it didn’t take him long to score his first goal.

Bergeron received a pass from former Bruins teammate Tyler Seguin and beat Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price to give Team Toews a 3-2 lead at the 12:17 mark of the first period.

Bergeron finished the first period with one goal, two shots and an assist on New York Islanders center John Tavares’ goal that tied the score 4-4 heading into the intermission.
