New England Patriots fans will give their team a proper send-off, and Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft will show their appreciation, on Monday.

The send-off rally, hosted by Boston mayor Marty Walsh, is scheduled for 11 a.m. at City Hall Plaza. The rally will be broadcast live on NESN and live-streamed on NESN.com.

The Patriots are departing for Glendale, Ariz., where they will take on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX this Sunday. In addition to Brady, Belichick and Kraft, team captains Vince Wilfork, Dan Connolly, Devin McCourty and Matthew Slater will be in attendance.

The Patriots cheerleaders, Pat Patriot and the End Zone Militia also will be there to fire up the fans.
