Steven Gerrard: I’m Going To L.A. Galaxy ‘To Win, Play Well’ (Video)

The Los Angeles Galaxy announced Wednesday that it had signed Gerrard as a designated player. Gerrard will join the reigning MLS champion in July after his contract with Liverpool ends. Gerrard expanded on his decision to take his talents to the West Coast on Wednesday in an interview with the Galaxy’s television station.

In short, Gerrard is coming to win and enjoy a new adventure with his family.

Gerrard will be leaving one of England’s biggest clubs for the most successful team in MLS’ 20-year history.
