The wait is almost over.
UFC 183 gets underway Saturday night at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The much-anticipated event, of course, is headline by a marquee matchup between middleweight stars Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz that kicks off at 10 p.m. ET.
