The ASB Classic might have inadvertently figured out a way to get more people to watch tennis.

The Auckland, New Zealand tournament created a warmup commercial this week with Venus Williams and Svetlana Kuznetova in which they used dogs instead of ball boys. And yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds.

The doggy wristbands are an amazing touch, too.

Honestly, though, the International Tennis Federation should look into using ball dogs regularly. Dogs love fetching tennis balls, and people love dogs, so it’s a win-win. And based on the smiles on their faces, they’d have Williams’ and Kuznetova’s votes.

Time to make it happen, ITF.
