It’s almost the best time of the year for college hockey fans in Boston.
Sure, there’s that whole Super Bowl thing, but the first week of February also means it’s Beanpot time. Each year, Boston College, Boston University, Harvard and Northeastern take their talents to TD Garden for a tournament where the winner comes away with the ultimate bragging rights in Beantown.
The annual event has seen its fair share of stars go on to bigger and better things in the NHL, which brings us to one player in particular.
