Wisconsin Governor Burns Jerry Jones, Chris Christie With Awesome Tweet

Wisconsin governor Scott Walker did something Wednesday that likely appealed to both sides of the aisle.

Walker (more likely someone on his staff) used Twitter to get in a subtle burn ahead of this weekend’s NFC divisional round matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys.

The tweet poked fun at Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and New Jersey governor Chris Christie, who have been BFFs during the Cowboys’ recent run.

The Packers, of course, are the NFL’s only publicly owned franchise.

Now, if only the governor’s office only could have somehow worked in this awkward embrace and we might be talking about an early candidate for tweet of the year.

Jones said earlier this week he wants Christie by his side when Dallas goes to frigid Green Bay in order to keep the team’s good “mojo” intact.
