If you have $3.2 million laying around and nothing to do with it, David Ortiz would like to sell you a condo.

Ortiz’s Brighton condo is on the market, according to Boston.com, and it can be yours for that small aforementioned price north of $3 million.

You certainly appear to be getting your money’s worth for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit in the Watermark building at Chestnut Hill in the Boston neighborhood. According to Boston.com, Ortiz bought the condo in 2013 so he could be closer to Fenway Park.

In addition to being close to the ballpark, the condo also has a nice view of the Chestnut Hill Resevoir. The 3,100-square foot unit also comes with two parking spaces and is furnished with five flat-screen TVs.

Ortiz still owns a house in Weston.
