Jon Stewart is at his best when he’s calling major organizations for their blunders. Suffice it to say 2014 was a good year for the host of “The Daily Show.”

Stewart stole headlines Tuesday night when he announced during the taping of his show that he’d be leaving Comedy Central before the end of 2015 after 16 years as anchor.

The hilarious satirical night show host made his hay riffing on politics, but that doesn’t mean the sports world wasn’t spared from his wrath. From bashing the NCAA’s ineptitude to insisting that the NFL doesn’t “know what the (expletive) they’re doing,” Stewart spent plenty of time dishing out some hot sports takes over the last 12 months.
