Rob Gronkowski had a pretty special Valentine’s Day, and it’s not like you might think.
The New England Patriots tight end has been on some sort of run since he won his first Super Bowl a couple of weeks ago in Arizona. Gronkowski has spent much of his time partying and making the media rounds in a never-ending celebration.
On Saturday, though, Gronkowski took some time to give back to a young fan battling cancer. Gronkowski was in New York for NBA All-Star weekend and he spent part of his time in the Big Apple with Patriots owner Robert Kraft making some young children very happy.

Apparently Gronkowski’s plans with this Florida reporter fell through.
