Who Is The Only Canucks First-Round Draft Pick To Be Inducted Into Hockey Hall Of Fame?

The Vancouver Canucks pulled off a heist entering the 1999 NHL entry draft.

Then-general manager Brian Burke did some wheeling and dealing to secure the Canucks two of the top three draft spots in the entire draft. Burke and the Canucks ultimately used those picks to select Daniel and Henrik Sedin, widely considered the top two prospects in the draft.

Both players have gone on to have wildly successful careers, but shrewd drafting — at least in the first round — hasn’t always been easy for the Canucks. In fact, only one Canucks first-round draft pick has ever gone on to be a Hall of Famer.

Can you name that player?
