The NBA slam dunk contest isn’t what it used to be, but Zach LaVine made everyone forget about that for a little bit Saturday night.
Overall, it was another “meh” showing at the annual All-Star weekend, but LaVine did steal the show with an incredible aerial display that helped him defeat Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo in the finals.
LaVine’s insane athleticism was on display with four separate dunks, as the Minnesota Timberwolves rookie entertained a star-studded Barclays Center crowd by seemingly floating through the air.
