All of the Boston Bruins will be sporting a new look next week.

For the first time ever, the entire roster will participate in the eighth annual “Cuts for a Cause” event, which raises money for the Boston Bruins Foundation and Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center. Fans can bid on the opportunity to shave the head of Patrice Bergeron, who is hosting the great event for the first time, and his teammates by visiting bostonbruins.com/cutsforacause.

Bidding opened Monday, March 16, and will conclude Friday, March 20, at 2 p.m. The highest bidders not only will get to give a haircut to their favorite B’s player, but they’ll also receive two tickets to the VIP session, where they’ll meet the team on the event floor. In addition, auction winners will go home with a special Bruins gift bag that includes autographed memorabilia.

Fans also have the opportunity to join the guys on stage with the 2015 Cuts for a Cause Fan Challenge, which involves raising money for the cause. The top three fundraisers between now and Friday at 9 a.m. will win two tickets to the event and have their heads shaved on stage.

The event will take place Tuesday, March 24, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. General admission tickets are still available for $30, and can be purchased here.
