Andy Reid and Bill Belichick are putting the “casual” in business casual.

The Kansas City Chiefs coach and New England Patriots head man are in Phoenix for the NFL Annual Meeting. They joined the other 30 head coaches Monday for a nice photo, which NFL PR’s Brian McCarthy tweeted out (click on the photo to see a larger image).

There’s a lot to cover here, but it should be obvious who steals the show. That’d be Reid (bottom row, far left), who rolled up in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts with only one thing on his mind: Kicking it.

Yet Belichick’s mindset apparently wasn’t too different, as the fashion maven (bottom row, second from right) went with the classic “jeans and flip flops” look that he rocked at Super Bowl media day. He should come to these group photos more often.

While we’re on the subject, we’re guessing Pete Carroll wasn’t too thrilled to sit next to the coach who beat his Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl less than two months ago. Then again, Carroll still looks more comfortable than poor Jay Gruden (bottom row, sixth from right), who probably should have brought his sunglasses.
