Bruins’ Successful Breakouts Play Key Role In Win Over Flyers (Video)

The Boston Bruins proved Saturday that teamwork makes the dream work.

The B’s got off to a hot start against the Philadelphia Flyers, scoring seven minutes into the first period and playing strong, cohesive hockey. A big key to Boston’s success was its ability to break the puck out of the defensive zone.

The Bruins all were on the same page during their breakouts, doing a great job moving the puck up the ice and getting open for their teammates. Even when they made some risky moves passing the puck into open space, someone was one step ahead and there to receive it.

Their teamwork paid off, as the Bruins skated home with the 3-2 win in overtime.
