Daniel Sturridge is making the most of his well-earned off days.
Sturridge and One Direction star Louis Tomlinson crossed paths Sunday night at the Libertine club in London. The two famous young men appeared to enjoy each others’ company and posed together for a photograph, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Sturridge shared the photo with his legions of Twitter followers Monday and joked that he and Tomlinson could suit up for the same team in the near future.

Sturridge is among the Liverpool players who are enjoying a few days of rest following a busy period in the season. Liverpool doesn’t play again until Monday, when it visits Swansea City in a Premier League game.
Sturridge still is working his way back into form following a lengthy injury absence earlier this season. The Liverpool striker has scored three goals in nine games since returning to the field Jan. 31.
