The Boston Bruins are becoming accustomed to finding the back of the net before their opponents.
The B’s have opened the scoring in their last 11 games, including Saturday’s contest against the Penguins in Pittsburgh. This time, it was Milan Lucic who got the puck rolling.
It was a complete offensive effort from the Bruins, who did a good job spreading out in front of the net. Rookie David Pastrnak in particular deserves a lot of credit for the goal, as he was able to wrangle a bad bounce on the rebound and get the puck to Lucic for the score.
