David Pastrnak Sets Up Ryan Spooner To Give Bruins Lead Vs. Canes (Video)

The two youngest forwards on the Boston Bruins’ active roster combined for a pretty nifty goal against the Carolina Hurricanes.

With no score in the first period of Sunday’s matchup at PNC Arena, 18-year-old winger David Pastrnak skated into the offensive zone along the right boards. After forward Milan Lucic opened up some space with a net drive, Pastrnak took advantage by finding 23-year-old linemate Ryan Spooner near the left faceoff circle.

Spooner didn’t waste the chance, beating Hurricanes goaltender Anton Khudobin with a wrist shot to earn his seventh goal of the season. Check out a breakdown of the goal in the video above.
