The Chicago Blackhawks are just racking up the cuteness points.

The team has been making dreams come true with its “What’s Your Goal” campaign all season long, and the latest video installment featuring Duncan Keith also succeeds in tugging at the ol’ heartstrings. The defenseman introduces us to Cammy, a young girl who was born without the ability to walk or speak, and aspires to shoot a goal with her favorite player.

Enter Keith.

The 2014 Norris Trophy winner helped Cammy achieve her goal, as he recently welcomed her and her family to the team’s practice facility in Chicago. Keith hit the ice with Cammy and her megawatt smile, using a harness so the two could skate together before showing off their best Patrick Kane moves and slipping some pucks past goaltender Antti Raanta.
