LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Clippers have signed free agent guard Nate Robinson to a 10-day contract.

He most recently played for the Denver Nuggets, where he averaged 5.8 points, 2.3 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 33 games this season.

Robinson helped the Boston Celtics reach the 2010 NBA finals, and the deal announced Saturday reunites him with former Celtic Glen Davis and Clippers head coach Doc Rivers, who coached him in Boston.

The 30-year-old guard has averaged 11.1 points, 3.0 assists and 2.4 rebounds during his 10-year NBA career with the New York Knicks, Celtics, Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls and Nuggets.
