10:30 p.m.: DeMarco Murray reportedly will land in Philly tomorrow. Well, on a plane, at least.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport have the latest:

10:25 p.m.: It appears Brandon Marshall’s replacement will be just a bit shorter than the 6-foot-4 wideout. Wide receiver Eddie Royal is heading to the Chicago Bears, according to U-T San Diego’s Michael Gehlken.

The club also picked up former Browns linebacker Jabaal Sheard, per the Baltimore Sun’s Aaron Wilson.

5:15 p.m.: The Bills have released tight end Scott Chandler. According to ESPN’s Mike Rodak, the Patriots — who Chandler has had great success against — could be interested in his services.

According to NFL Media’s Albert Breer, the courtship has been going both ways.

4:25 p.m.: Sorry, Patriots fans. Andre Johnson is heading to Indy.

3:15 p.m.: It’s now official: A.J. Hawk is a member of the Cincinnati Bengals. He told reporters the Bengals were his first choice after attending Ohio State for college.

2:40 p.m.: The Eagles and running back Ryan Mathews reportedly came to terms on a deal, but it’s not a certainty that Mathews’ signing will take the Eagles out of the DeMarco Murray sweepstakes.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter said on ESPN there’s still a chance the Eagles make a run at the back.

1:49 p.m.: Could Big Vince walk back through those Gillette Stadium doors? It’s possible.

12:30 p.m.: Nick Fairley was a first-round draft pick in 2011, and the No. 13 overall selection never lived up to that hype with the Detroit Lions. The Lions released the defensive tackle, who is now a free agent.

The Patriots are among teams with interest in Fairley, according to Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal.

12:20 p.m.: There’s another quarterback trade, arguably the smallest QB deal so far, though.

The St. Louis Rams acquired Case Keenum from the Houston Texans in exchange for a seventh-round pick.

11:58 a.m.: The New York Jets’ roster overhaul continues, and now they’re adding a quarterback. The Jets reportedly have agreed to a deal with the Houston Texans for quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

10:30 a.m.: Free-agent wideout Andre Johnson is an attractive option for teams in need of receiving help. Many think the University of Miami alum makes sense in Indy with former college teammate Frank Gore, but he’s going through the process, per CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora.

10:12 a.m: It’s official: Julius Thomas is a Jaguar. Good news for his bank account, bad news for his career.

9:43 a.m.: To add to the Antonio Cromartie watch:

9:26 a.m.: The Jets might be trying to get the whole band back together.

The New York Daily News is reporting the Jets are focusing on free-agent cornerback Antonio Cromartie.

Cromartie and the Jets are “involved in serious discussions,” according to the report.

If the Jets are able to sign the veteran, it would be another big move in what’s been a two-day rebuild of the New York secondary. The Jets not only signed Darrelle Revis on Tuesday, but they also signed cornerback Buster Skrine.

9:08 a.m.: One of the biggest names left on the market is running back DeMarco Murray, and Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Malcolm Jenkins already is doing all he can to try to get Murray to leave the Cowboys and join the division rival.

[tweet https://twitter.com/MalcolmJenkins/status/575407622855110656 align=’center’]

That didn’t sit well with Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant, who was recently franchise tagged by Dallas.

[tweet https://twitter.com/DezBryant/status/575432134183120897 align=’center’]

Oh, and by the way: Bryant wants to make it very clear he’s only talking about football with that “warning.”

7:58 a.m.: Brandon Browner officially is on a free-agent tour. He’s in New Orleans for a visit with the Saints and also will meet with the Washington Redskins at some point, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

7:51 a.m.: Reggie Bush figures to have some suitors, and one of those appears to be the San Francisco 49ers.

Bush will meet with the Niners on Wednesday, according to CBS’ Jason LaCanfora.

7 a.m.: We know one thing for sure entering Day 2 of NFL free agency: There’s no way it will be as crazy as the first day. Other than that, though, it might be worth expecting the unexpected.

The new season opened for business Tuesday afternoon, but before the clock hit 4 p.m. ET, there were a handful of blockbuster trades with movement across the NFL like we’ve never seen before. Then, hours later, the first huge piece of the free-agency dominoes fell.

That came when cornerback Darrelle Revis chose the New York Jets over the New England Patriots. The All-Pro signed a massive deal to return to the Meadowlands, as part of the Jets’ ongoing rebuild.

The Patriots are now left to pick up the pieces and try to fill the void left by Revis. They may also have to replace Brandon Browner, who the Pats declined an option on and now face the prospect of having to essentially rebuild what was one of their greatest strengths during their Super Bowl-winning season.

Offensively, could New England be eyeing a new toy for Tom Brady? Reports indicated Tuesday the Patriots could be closing in on wide receiver Percy Harvin, and with the way the defense is shaping up, the Patriots might be in a position where they have to score a lot of points next season to contend for another Super Bowl.

We’ll have those moves and everything else that happens Wednesday, so stay here for all the latest news, rumors and analysis in Day 2 of NFL free agency.
