8:03 a.m.: It’s been a busy morning for the Tennessee Titans. They’ve reportedly agreed to a deal with Brian Orakpo, and now according to FOX Sports’ Mike Garofolo, the Titans will re-sign linebacker Derrick Morgan.

[tweet https://twitter.com/MikeGarafolo/status/576351851576066049 align=’center’]

Morgan has recorded at least six sacks in each of his last three seasons, so assuming Orakpo (10 sacks in 2013) is healthy this season, Tennesse will likely have a very formidable pass rush.

7:30 a.m.: One name potentially worth monitoring Friday will be Vince Wilfork. The big defensive tackle is a free agent after the Patriots declined to pick up his option last week. Now, it appears Wilfork has at least three offers on the table, according to South Florida Sun-Sentinel writer Omar Kelly.

6 a.m.: The DeMarco Murray watch gripped the NFL on Thursday, and with the free-agent running back now a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, it’s time for more dominoes to fall.

Murray dominated the storylines Thursday, but the focus Friday likely will be on some of the next-level veteran free agents still on the market.

Among the interesting and intriguing names out there now is former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe. The Chiefs released the veteran Thursday, and he could be a nice pickup for teams looking to add wide receiver depth.

Bowe’s not the only wide receiver still out there. Percy Harvin is available, with teams like the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills showing interest. Michael Crabtree still is available, too.

There are also reinforcements on the defensive side of the ball. Greg Hardy remains an odd case, as the defensive end is a fantastic defensive talent, but his off-field issues — including a likely suspension — surely are limiting initial interest. Former first-round pick Nick Fairley also is making the rounds.

Once again, we’ll have it all covered throughout the day, so be sure to check back for all of the latest news and updates.
