It looked like it was all over.
Philadelphia Flyers winger Jakub Voracek, one of the NHL’s leading scorers, took off on a breakaway in overtime against the Boston Bruins, and Tuukka Rask was all the stood between him and a Flyers victory.
But the Bruins’ goaltender did his job and gave his team a second wind.
Rask was able to read Voracek’s smooth moves and make the save to keep the game tied. Then, a seemingly re-energized Bruins team turned things around for the win, as Brad Marchand scored less than a minute later to give the B’s a 3-2 overtime win.
