The cutestĀ fist-bumping Boston Bruins fan around got an awesome surpriseĀ before Thursday night’s game against the Anaheim Ducks.

Liam Fitzgerald, a 9-year-old who has Down syndrome and is a Leukemia survivor, captured our hearts back in November when a video of him handing out fist bumps to the entire Bruins team as they headed off the ice after warmups went viral. The youngster was back to his adorable dapping ways before the B’s took on the Anaheim Ducks, but that wasn’t his only highlight of the night.

The Bruins teamed up with Upper Deck to create Liam’s very own hockey card, which was unveiled in front of the packed TD Garden crowd.

The card lists Liam’s position as “No. 1 fan,” and includes stats such as “cancer survivor,” “International YouTube sensation” and “Top 15 cutest kids 2014.” So basically it’s as great as you were hoping it would be.

The inspirational little guy has started the #BumpOutCancer campaign toĀ raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He isĀ encouragingĀ people to donate $5 to his effort, post a picture or video on social media of you fist bumping someone and then challengeĀ five friends to do the same.
