The Boston Red Sox dropped a tough game Saturday night, as the Baltimore Orioles walked off with a 5-4 win in the 10th inning at Camden Yards. But the Red Sox still have a chance to take the series with a win Sunday.

Red Sox slugger David Ortiz will sit for the series finale, while Hanley Ramirez will slide into the designated hitter spot and bat cleanup. Third baseman Pablo Sandoval will take Ortiz’s No. 3 spot in the batting order, and Brock Holt will play in left field for Ramirez and bat sixth.

Sandy Leon also will be the starting catcher while Ryan Hanigan gets the day off.

Wade Miley will be on the mound for the Red Sox after giving up just three hits and no runs in 5 2/3 innings of a win over the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday. The southpaw has been hit or miss on the young season, going 1-1 with a 6.08 ERA in three starts.

However, Miley has fared much better than Bud Norris, who will start for the Orioles. Norris is 0-2 with a 17.42 ERA after failing to get past the third inning in two of his three starts. The right-hander has allowed 20 earned runs in just 10 1/3 innings of work.
