J.J. Watt’s workout regimen would put just about anyone to shame, but it also can inspire.
Watt’s 61-inch box jump motivated NESN’s Boston Red Sox sideline reporter, Gary Striewski, to perform a “box jump” of his own. Gary’s jump was a bit different, slightly less badass and much less successful, but that’s no reason not to appreciate it.
